Following a series of groundbreaking fashion campaigns, Derek went on to reimagine top brands such as CK1, Dove, and Absolut Vodka. Leaving behind an illustrious career in advertising, Derek took on the world of film and television production by acquiring the rights to the multi-billion-dollar Terminator franchise and producing Terminator Salvation starring Christian Bale and Sam Worthington. After his success in blockbuster filmmaking, Derek went on to produce and direct the revelatory and highly acclaimed Bernie Madoff documentary In God We Trust. Acquiring the rights to the Phillip K. Dick’s library, Derek continues to have an interest in futurism and the arts. Derek sees the digitalization of contemporary art as an exploration of human consciousness and the core of the nature of reality itself.

Paul Antoine

CVO, Founder

Paul Antoine is a writer and artist who studied at The University of Florida and Harvard. With a degree in biology, Paul’s experience in Alzheimer’s and memory-related research are but expressions inspired by a fascination with the divergence between collective and individual memory. Paul sees art as a vessel for empathy and through it, we can connect to the past, present, and future. As the creator and writer of his upcoming series, The First Lady, Paul explores how humanity and empathy reverberate from the past to the present through the lens of historical figure Eleanor Roosevelt. For Paul, the crypto world is more than just the emergence of a new kind of economy: it is the reimagining of human existence as we know it. Now, Paul aims to use his passion for storytelling and empathy to create new narratives around communities formed by the advent of blockchain technology. Soon to debut a collection of digital pieces based on his digital alter ego Soma, Paul looks to further explore how narratives create reality.

Phil Poynter

CCO, Founder

Recognizing distinctive and unique moments in time is what inspired Phil Poynter to dedicate his life to the art of photography. Beginning his famed career as the creative director of the trendsetting magazine Dazed & Confused, Phil uses the fleeting stillness of time to capture the nuanced and otherworldly narratives veiled in everyday life. Throughout his storied career, this recurring fascination has thematically rendered itself in a series of iconic campaigns and collaborations with brands such as Louis Vuitton, Prada, Givenchy, Cartier, Alexander McQueen, and more. Through his work as the editor of The Impossible Image, a seminal collection of photographs that examine the use of cutting-edge technology to render seemingly impossible artistic abstractions, Phil was instrumental in furthering a new digital age in fashion photography. With his works appearing in magazines ranging from Interview and Vogue to Vanity Fair and Garage, Phil has amassed critical acclaim through his exploration of a wide range of photographic styles. With his involvement with Metra, Phil aims to capture yet another point in time, an exceptional moment where technological innovation intersects with contemporary art.
